It is chemically inert and enables applications that far exceed conventional mineral base lubricants.
PLUSCO 831 is recommended for O-rings, gaskets, and other rubber seals made with various synthetic polymers, helping them remain flexible and preventing dry out.
Application
Recommended for inner components of downhole tools and accessories for ease of operation and disassembly.
Helps improve tool performance and allows easy removal of seal nipples, packer plugs, and accessories from the packer bore.
Also recommended as a non-conductive lubricant and for cable head and/or rope socket applications to help protect armor wires against CO2, H2S, acids, and other well fluids.
